The organization of NUAC is as follows.

The chairperson of NUAC is the President of Republic of Korea, and the Executive Committee deliberates matters on the operation of NUAC while the Central Committee and Standing Committees review policy proposals. Also, Provincial Assembly and Municipal Chapter collect public opinion and capabilities with respect to the unification of Korea at home and abroad.
NUAC also includes the Office of the Secretariat aimed at supporting the operation of NUAC, the activities of Council Members and Municipal Chapters for the national unification of Korea.
